It has been a while since I created a card, so when I looked outside and saw more SNOW, I thought today would be a good day to get back to work. This is created for this weeks Basic Grey Challenge. I used the Boxer paper line, mulberry paper flowers, Boxer brads, prima flowers and bling cardstock. I coloured Edwin with my copics. The challenge for this week was a Recipe challenge which includes:

2 patterned papers, 1 button, 3 brads, 1 ribbon - bow.

This is a layout that I created for a class I taught at a local Scrapbooking store called The Scrapbook Academy. This is my favourite picture of my son. This was taken on his first GoTrain ride. The products I used was the Basic Grey Granola Paper Line, Technique Tuesday FUNdamental Tiles, prima flowers, and some brads. The title of the layout is Reflections, which is fitting for the picture.

Just Christmas and Birthday Cards Challenge - Monday

This Card I created for the Just Christmas and Birthday Cards Challenge. I used of course a Magnolia Stamp of Tida that Tara stamped for me. This time I used Tim Holtz distress Inks to colour in Tilda, added some stickles for her wings. I also used my Fiskars border bunch, and a Happy Birthday sentiment stamp that I had in my very small collection.

For my Valentine

This is a Valentine Card I made for my Sweetheart. I followed a sketch that was on one of the challenge blogs, but did not submit it. I used a Housemouse Stamp and Two Scoops paper line from Basic Grey, coloured the image using my Copics, and used a sentiment stamp I bought at Michaels in the 1.50 bin. Love it!

This is my very first post, and I will apologize now for I am totally new to this type of thing. I created this card for the Basic Grey Challenge. I am hoping as I go along my posts get better. Within this card I used the Basic Grey BLUSH paper, periphery undressed chipboard. I coloured Tilda using my Copic Markers, added some stickles and painted the frame in Chocolate Making Memories paint. The stamp is of course a Magnolia stamp that my friend Tara kindly stamped for me. I would like to Thank Tara for her knowledge, and showing me how to use Copic Markers. Love them.
